Had an unusually good morning today. Woke up after consecutive nightmares - both concerning my kid. In one, she had hurt her head and was bleeding. In the other, my father was plotting to kill her and she was scared out of her wits. Woke up to a breezy morning and the kid sleeping beside me - unharmed. I put an arm over her and slept for another half hour.
